Recent trainings Rhonda has given have been on disability rights, the CRPD, women with disabilities, advocacy and intersectionality
Additional ideas for trainings include focusing on the rights based approach to disability movements and advocacy and can include a focus on specific areas of interest to the disability community (i.e. education or healthcare). They can be for the range of social justice arenas focusing on local, national or global disability rights and how that is important for race, ethnicity, sexuality and other civil and human rights groups. Trainings thus will also incorporate gender rights for women with disabilities, LGBT, and more.
Trainings and Workshops can also incorporate skill sharing in areas like coalition building, reflective listening, and how to heal ourselves to heal the world.
Language: Trainings and Workshops can be done in English or Spanish.
Disability inclusion: Trainings and Workshops are created for inclusion of all people with disabilities.
I look forward to creating together!
